Executive Leadership Council

 

What is the Executive Leadership Council?

The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) serves as the Board of Directors for the WIRED grant. Chosen from members of The Pacific Mountain Alliance for Innovation, the Council establishes mission and vision, and sets the policy on conducting business and allocating grant resources. Who is on the Council?

The ELC is comprised of representatives from Construction, Economic Development, Manufacturing, Innovation, Education, Education, Energy, and Workforce Development. The majority of its members, as well as the chair, are from the private sector. They come from each of the five counties and represent a broad cross section of our community, including small and large business, labor, education and government. What are the Duties of the Council?

The Executive Leadership Council leads and assures the success of WIRED by:

  • Setting a strategic direction
  • Advocating necessary change
  • Promoting regional collaboration and identity
  • Approving Grant initiatives and directing resources
  • Developing public policy
  • Overseeing performance of WIRED initiatives

When Does the Council Meet?

The council will next meet on January 14 at the Satsop Development Park.
