Washington Business Week directly offers teen programs in high schools during the school year. This format of teen-based program involves local business professionals as they invest into the youth of that community. The program format is very similar to the summer camp except that it runs for just the regular school day.
Recently the WIRED grant sponsored a group from Aberdeen High School for this In-school program. Please read their letter of thanks that followed their experiences:

Dear Pacific Mountain Alliance for Innovation:
This letter is on behalf of Company One which is comprised od 16 students from Aberdeen High School, taking part in the Business Week 'In-School' program. We would like to thank you for sponsoring our company, 'Savage Productionz'.
Business Week has been a memorable experience, and an inspiring one to all of our company members. We have all learned the significance of Business Week. Some of our comapny members described Business Week as "awesome", "cool" and "challenging".
We wanted to thank you for sponsoring our comapny to participate in the program and your investment was very worthwhile. You should keep sponsoring 'Business Week' because it is a life-changing experience that will benefit every junior involved. Also, it helps students have a better understanding of the workforce.
Sincerely,
Savage Productionz
